Trackvite Ai ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your data while empowering your creative growth.

1. Data We Collect
  • • Account Data: Name, email, and billing details if Online Payment is integrated for account creation and payment processing.
  • • Usage Data: Inputs provided to AI models (prompts, images for Virtual Try-Ons), generated outputs, and credit consumption logs.
  • • Technical Data: IP addresses, device information, and browser types to ensure platform security.
2. How We Use AI & Your Data

We use generative AI to process your inputs and create assets (Video Reels, Ad Copy e.t.c). We do not sell your personal data. Your inputs may be processed by third-party AI providers solely to generate your requested content. We retain usage logs to prevent fraud and improve model accuracy.

3. Data Retention & Rights

We retain billing data as required by tax laws. Generated assets are stored temporarily and Users are advised to save or download their generated assets immediately after generation because there is no guarantee those assets will be available or accessible in the future because we want to optimize our platform for best user experience and not to delay people who want to use the platform to generate new assets due to past heavy file storage. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data by contacting support. Note: Deleting your account is irreversible and will forfeit any unused credits.

Terms of Service

By accessing Trackvite Ai, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Pay-As-You-Go Model & Payments
  • • Credit System: Trackvite Ai operates on a prepaid credit system. You purchase credits to generate assets. Credits never expire.
  • • No Refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable. Credits can only be used to generate creative assets on the platform and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • • Pricing: We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing for future purchases, but existing credit balances remain valid at the rate of purchase.
2. Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property

You own the creative assets you generate. However, you warrant that your inputs (images, text) do not infringe on third-party rights. You agree not to generate illegal, defamatory, or harmful content.

3. Security & Prohibited Conduct (Zero Tolerance)

To protect our community and infrastructure, Trackvite Ai enforces a Zero Tolerance Policy against:

  • • Attempting to hack, penetrate, or exploit vulnerabilities in our platform.
  • • Injecting spam, viruses, malware, or malicious code.
  • • Using automated scripts/bots to scrape data or exhaust API resources.
  • • Reverse engineering our AI models or interface.

Consequence: Any violation will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all unused credits without refund, and potential legal action to recover damages.

4. Limitation of Liability

Trackvite Ai provides tools "as is." We are not liable for indirect damages or business losses resulting from the use of our AI outputs. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the last 3 months.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, applicable to our operations in Ikeja, Lagos, while respecting international user rights.
